The front panel is handwoven with my handspun yarn. The front pocket is fully lined with varying fabrics that offer fun contrast. The latch is fabric, no hardware in place but it does stay closed tightly to keep your trinkets safe. The interior of this bag is fully lined with a pink cotton. Interior offers one pocket for your keys, chapstick, or cell phone. Back panel and pockets are modern floral fabrics with side panels made from vintage 1970's yardage scraps, this a precious and unique tote that no one else will have. Handles are strong, handsewn with denim-looking coton and florescent green contrasting thread.
The vibrant colors in this tote are eye catching, especially against the pink floral side panels. This is a one-of-a-kind piece made with loads of love. The front panel is a free form handwoven pattern that does not have a duplicate anywhere in the world.
This tote took me approximately 14 hours to complete by hand.
